oxidation
It is an electrolytic oxidation process that converts the surface of the material into a protective film, so that it is not easy to oxidize corrosion, which can extend the life and achieve the appearance of various colors. Commonly used oxidation treatment is divided into: ordinary anodic oxidation, wire drawing oxidation, hard oxidation, thick film oxidation, micro arc oxidation and so on. Materials that can be oxidized are: aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, titanium alloy, etc.
electroplate

electrophoresis
Electrophoretic technology With the continuous improvement of industrial demand, electrophoretic treatment can be customized with various colors, maintain metal luster and enhance the corrosion resistance of the surface, and have less impact on the accuracy of the product, the unilateral thickness of about 10-25um, thicker can also be customized.
passivation
Passivation is also known as chromate treatment, is a pickling process, by soaking or ultrasonic cleaning can remove the surface oil dirt, rust stains, oxides, through the chemical reaction of passivation liquid, to prevent corrosion and prolong the effect of rust. Passivation film color will change with different materials, passivation will not increase the thickness of the product, do not worry about it will affect the accuracy of the product.
nigrescence
Black is also called blue, the principle of the product is immersed in a strong oxidizing chemical solution, so that the metal surface produces a layer of oxide film, in order to isolate the air, to achieve the purpose of rust prevention, the process is applicable to steel materials.
QPQ
QPQ is the abbreviation of Quench-Polish-Quench, which refers to the black metal parts into two salt bath with different properties, through a variety of elements into the metal surface to form a composite infiltration layer, so as to achieve the purpose of modifying the surface of the parts. It has good wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and small deformation. The process is applicable to steel materials.

Laser carving

Screen printing

1. The difference between powder and spray paint?
>> Powder coating does not contain any solvent, environmental protection and pollution-free, and spray paint contains solvents.

>> A wide variety of paint, powder category is relatively less.

2. The difference between radium carving and screen printing?
