CNC machined parts

Since 2019, the customer has been trying to process a CNC aerospace part in NICE. The prerequisite for reasonable selection of CNC aerospace parts is mainly the structural size, processing range and accuracy requirements of the parts. Our cooperation with customers depends on openness and integrity, on learning from each other, on mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit.

Aluminum alloy is processed by machining center (CNC three-axis, four-axis) on aluminum (AL6061//AL6063/AL7075). Many products will require oxygenation, powder spraying, electrophoresis, radium carving and so on. High processing precision, stable heat dissipation performance, product appearance beautiful, color optional.

We use CNC machining center for processing, in the technical use of CNC machining technology, the use of parts, in health, corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, maintenance, have higher requirements, the use of high-quality stainless steel material, with good corrosion resistance and easy maintenance
