Incoming inspection
All materials are tested and recorded before production to ensure material authenticity.
Process inspection
First piece Inspection (FAL) is carried out at every step of production in the process and verified by the Engineering and Quality Manager.
In-stock inspection
100% of the products are fully inspected before entering the inventory
Pre-shipment inspection
Check again before shipment and record the shipment report attached with shipment

Three coordinate measuring instrument（CMM）
Three coordinate measuring instrument is through the basic coordinates of three-dimensional space, using the measurement method of geometric elements, including point, line, surface, circle, ball, cylinder, cone, etc., to some complex and precise workpiece size, shape and shape tolerance and high-precision geometric parts of the surface, complex shape of mechanical parts, Continuous scanning to complete parts inspection, shape measurement, process control and other tasks, it is now widely used in precision parts, precision mold, precision manufacturing, military, aviation and automobile manufacturing and other fields
Spectral analyzer
The spectral analyzer can detect the composition of the raw material when the raw material is fed, and it can quickly measure the proportion accuracy of the material and the component to meet the laboratory requirements, and can quickly identify the authenticity of the material.
2D image measuring instrument
2D image measuring instrument is based on CCD digital image, relying on computer screen measurement technology and powerful software capability of space geometry operation. It can quickly read the displacement value of the optical ruler, for the operator to compare and measure the image, so that it can quickly and intuitively distinguish the possible deviation of the measurement results, generally used for simple hardware parts and hand models.
Other testing equipment
In addition, we also have height gauge, hardness tester, various internal and external threads, micrometer, caliper, hardness tester, altimeter and other testing equipment for quality control system testing, to ensure that the quality of products meet customer requirements.
ISO certification
